01How long does delivery take?
7–14 business days. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment your paddle leaves the warehouse.
02Do I have to pay customs or duty at delivery?
No. Mako absorbs all import duties. The price at checkout is the final all-in price.
03What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, all major Indian credit and debit cards, netbanking, and select wallets - handled by Stripe.
04Can I return or exchange a paddle?
Yes - within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition. You pay return shipping. Full details in our Returns Policy.
05Is there a warranty?
30-day defect warranty. If the paddle has a manufacturing defect or breaks under normal play, we replace it free of cost. Court damage and edge wear are not covered.
06Are more paddles coming?
Yes. The Apex is our launch model - more shapes and tunings are in development. Drop your email at the bottom of the page and we'll let you know the moment the next one goes live.
07Is the Apex tournament-legal?
Yes - the Apex meets all spec for tournament play. Built to USAPA / IPF face roughness and dimensional standards.
08Where do you ship from?
We ship direct from our manufacturing partner - no Indian warehousing premium and no middlemen. That's how we keep the price at ₹5,000.
09Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. India-only at launch.
