What we collect
- Order data - name, email, phone, shipping address, items purchased.
- Payment data - handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Email signups - if you join the list.
- Site analytics - page views, device, country, referrer (via Google Analytics 4). No personally identifying data.
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order (we share name, address, phone with our shipping partner)
- To email order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support replies
- To send drop alerts only if you opted in
- To understand site traffic and improve the product
Who we share it with
- Stripe - payment processing
- Resend - transactional email
- Our fulfilment partner - shipping label generation
- Google Analytics - anonymous traffic
We never sell your data, and we don't share it for ads or marketing beyond the above.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for cart state, session, and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@makosports.in from the address on your order and we'll action within 30 days.
Data retention
Order data is kept for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Email signup data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
Site is served over HTTPS. Card data never touches our servers. Internal access is restricted.
