Returns Policy
If the paddle isn't right, send it back. Here's how that works.

Return window
You have 7 days from delivery to start a return for any reason.
Condition
To qualify for a refund, the paddle must come back in original packaging, unused on a court, with no scuffs, edge wear, or grip-tape removal. Lightly handled in your kitchen at home is fine.
How to return
- Email returns@makosports.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send a return shipping label or address within 24 hours.
- Ship the paddle back to the address we provide. Customer pays return shipping (typically ₹400–₹800 via India Post / Delhivery).
- Once we receive it, we'll inspect within 3 business days and refund to the original payment method. The refund typically lands in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
What we don't accept
- Paddles with court damage, scratches, or visible play wear
- Returns started after the 7-day window
- Items returned without prior email confirmation
Defective paddles
If your paddle arrives defective or breaks under normal play within 30 days, that's on us. Email support@makosports.in with photos and we'll replace it free of cost - no return shipping for you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the same currency and method used at purchase. Original shipping (₹1,000) is non-refundable except in the case of defective items.
